Finished version for ~Dregnought's art trade. He made my avatar blink so I made him this 
It's his anthro character, Leo, which I just designed
OK, I wanted to try something new with this pic, I just used a the round paint brush and that's it. The background was a problem at first, but I like how it all turned out in the end.
